EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you will be happy with our product, but if you have any problems, please check our exchange policy below.
- Conditions for exchanging products
- EVOL supports exchange in case of manufacturer defects and customers have taken photos/videos of the actual images.
- Only 1 exchange per invoice is allowed within 7 days from the date on the invoice for in-store orders and 7 days from the date of receipt on the shipping receipt for online orders.
- The product has not been used and still has the tag.
- For full-price orders, customers may exchange for a product of equal or greater value. In the case of exchanging for a product of higher value, customers will be responsible for the difference in price. If the total value of the return is less than the original invoice amount, EVOL will not refund the remaining amount.
- For discounted or gift orders, the price applied will be the discounted price that the customer purchased, excluding shipping fees.
- B. Shipping fees for customers buying online:
- In case of product defects due to manufacturing, EVOL will bear the cost of two-way transportation.
- In case of product exchange according to customer’s wishes, customers will bear all transportation costs incurred.

- The product has been used.
- The product is out of the exchange period.
